Alyse is a director of The Change Triad and is a creative, flexible and commercially astute coach and facilitator with over 20 years of international business experience in Marketing and HR management. She has worked in the fields of talent management, organisation development and change management both as a leader and as an external coach and consultant. She brings a combination of broad based business experience and psychological astuteness which enable her to help individuals, teams and leaders grow and achieve their goals more quickly.
She has worked in a range of sectors (charity, public sector, high tech, manufacturing, oil, financial). She brings fresh perspectives to support individuals, teams and leaders in building their skills, making the most of their potential and having fun delivering results.
