I am the Projects and Policy Officer at the Association of Charity Shops, a member organisation which supports charities that run shops, or are interested in doing so, as part of their fundraising activities.
I deal with enquiries from the public as well as charities, organise training workshops, and prepare guidance for our members on legislation and other pertinent issues.
