Andrew Forrest, previously Learning and Development Director of The Industrial Society (now The Work Foundation), is a Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness consultant specialising in leadership.

He runs the Leadership module on ACEVO’s new chief executive programme (part of acevo's series of events and courses) and is an experienced facilitator of action learning sets and of 360° feedback instruments.

His five books include Fifty ways towards a learning organisation. His clients include BBC World Service, Breast Cancer Care, Help The Hospices, The London Library and the Metropolitan Police. He is joint leader of Cass CCE’s services in coaching and mentoring.
