stella smith

Stella is a self-employed management consultant working across the voluntary, public and corporate sectors. 

 Her experience includes supporting a range of organisations in developing appropriate and effective approaches to strategy and change as well as designing and delivering management training. 

Stella’s career has included work in strategy and change management at the Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB), at the youth homelessness charity Centrepoint and in sales at Digital Computers. She started her career as a teacher and teacher trainer, teaching English in Greece and in China where she lived for several years setting up a programme training middle school teachers.

She has an MBA from the Open University and is an Associate Lecturer for the Open University Business School. Her interests include developing creativity and intuition in management and she is currently studying for an Msc in Mindfulness Based Approaches at Bangor University.
