Relaunching your charity and certainly your key services is becoming more common. Why is this? Can it be fundamentally successful or is it just changing the icing on the old cake?

Claire Tickell talks about rebranding NCH

Dame Clare Tickell, Chief Executive of Action for Children, spoke on their change from NCH and the fundamental reasoning behind it; the depth and breadth of preparatory consultation; and the benefits the relaunch has brought - and perhaps most importantly, the lessons learned.

Caroline Diehl responds

Responding to the case study was Caroline Diehl, CEO of Media Trust, who drew out the principles and guidance useful to small as well as large third sector organisations.
