We are happy to invite you to an important conference brought to you by the Federation for Community Development Learning (FCDL) as part of a 4 Nations partnership. In taking part in this conference we are confident that you and your colleagues will benefit from the opportunity to explore, discuss and reflect on the values and practice of Community Development in order to develop clear frameworks, actions and strategies to put the values of community development into practice for social change.
We aim to provide an event delivered with inclusive and participatory methods of promoting dialogue for the wider field of Community Development and Community Development learning. Reflect Action will be the main method and principles applied during the conference, as a way of capturing, sharing and analyzing experiences and knowledge, around some of the complex inter-related issues affecting the future of Community Development.
Burleigh Court will provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for what will be an enjoyable and stimulating conference.
