Appreciative Inquiry (AI) helps to build a positive climate where people find the energy and confidence to accept change, by focusing on achievements and doing more of what already works. Facilitated by experienced practitioners, this two-day non-residential training course provides a solid grounding in the principles underpinning Appreciative Inquiry and practical ways for using AI in your organisation.
You will learn about how charities, companies, and public sector organisations are using AI to resolve problems and build on their strengths.
You will gain practical experience of coaching and being coached using the AI model and how to tailor AI to different settings and requirements such as:
-
running staff events;
-
supporting community engagement;
-
improving performance through appraisals, team building and strategic planning.
