Budgeting and Cash Flow Preparation

A two-session course on how to produce and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts with fully worked examples. Day 1 runs 9.30 until 4.00 and day 2 runs 9.30 until 12.30. Both sessions must be attended.

This course will help you to
- Understand the budgeting process
- Create a budget
- Review budgets
- Create variance reports
- Produce and interpret a cash flow forecast
The course is repeated on 19 and 26 May 2010.
This course requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel. If you are new to Excel, please book onto the Introduction to Microsoft Excel Book-keeping course.
