Evaluation is a key matter for all charity communications professionals. It enables you to deliver tangible evidence of your successes and understand how to improve. This seminar will give an overview of how to get started, from planning to measuring and evaluation.
On the agenda:
- An overview of objective setting, planning, measuring and evaluation
- Measuring social media activities
- Hear from the award-winning communications team at Westminster City Council on how they monitor and evaluate their communications
Format
Each two-hour seminar features three 30 minute presentations packed with insights, information, ideas and practical suggestions for you to try out. This is ideal if you haven’t got a huge training budget or you can’t take a whole day out of the office.
