What will we be doing?
How to measure the wider impact your organisation has on the community, what benefit your organisation brings to individuals, families and neighbourhoods. How do you measure this? How do you link your outcomes to national, regional and local targets? How do you measure the impact your organisation has on these targets?
We will be looking at how you can do this and providing tools that you can use with your organisation to help you write funding applications that meet the funder’s criteria as well as meeting your organisations mission & objectives.
- We can provide FREE one to one support after the workshop to help you prepare for writing a bid, project management, producing a fundraising strategy or strategic plan
Please let us know if you have any dietary or transport requirements.
