This course will help you to
- Understand the complexities of managing mental health problems while attempting to regain skills and experience in a work environment
- Understand the journey from volunteering into paid employment
- Understand the stigma and discrimination faced by some mental health service users when in work
- Gain an insight into how to maintain good mental health once in work
