This practically focused event looks at all aspects of designing training courses from scratch, and explores how to make your training appropriate to your audience. It will cover how to decide what information to include, what to leave out, and what exercises and methods to use. It will also include information for anyone needing to design courses for accrediting bodies such as OCN or for an NVQ. The event is designed for anyone who is new to designing training activities or who has been struggling to design specific training programmes.
