No charity can afford to miss out on the opportunities digital media offers to reach key audiences, build profiles and demonstrate impact. Ignore digital communications and you risk being left behind as other organisations engage your potential supporters. But use them without careful planning and research and you’ll waste time, money and effort.

Discover how charities are using the latest technologies and learn how to make digital communications work for your charity. Whether you're starting to think about using social media or want to improve your current digital strategy, you'll leave with practical advice guaranteed to radically improve your digital communications.

Our digital communications conference is always popular, last year we had to turn delegates away, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Conference format
This full-day event will enable you to tackle the subject area in depth and find out how other charities are making a big impact. With a mixture of inspiring plenary slots and smaller group sessions, run by senior figures from the charity, corporate and public sectors, you’ll go back to the office full of ideas. These events give you the time and space to reflect on your organisation’s current practices. There are also opportunities to take part in speed networking with peers and break time advice surgeries with selected suppliers.
