Due diligence in Mergers

This workshop is designed for groups who are going through, or contemplating, mergers and need to understand, in a small confidential forum, what is involved in a due diligence exercise. You will come away with a checklist of tasks and of questions that need investigating/answering plus a list of resources for further advice and help.

Please book early as we can only take up to a maximum of eight people on this session.
The fee for a workshop place is £50. Two free bursary places are available on a first come, first served, basis in each workshop. These are intended to support groups least able to pay. If your organisation's income is below £50k per year or you lack access to unrestricted funds you may be eligible for a free place. Organisations will be limited to two bursary places across the whole programme.
