You will benefit most from this course if you are a decision-maker within your organisation considering implementing an outcomes approach, or are reviewing the way you currently gather, hold and use data for learning and reporting. You should be seriously considering change. |
It will enable you understand where your organisation’s strengths and weaknesses lie, and to develop your own tailored monitoring and evaluation improvement pathway. You will build your understanding of the tools, systems skills and culture that are important if you are to get the most out of investment in monitoring and evaluation. It will enable you to make sure that the work you put into monitoring and evaluation is as useful for you as it is for your funders. The course will use discussion and practical exercises and you will leave with plenty of ideas and tools that you can put to immediate effect in your day-to-day work.
