This half-day seminar presented by Direct Law and Personnel will give you a clear understanding of the law and good practice around managing redundancies at work. You’ll understand what redundancy is and how you can ensure that your process is fair.
This seminar will help you understand
- Fair redundancy selection criteria
- Legal notice periods and the consultation process
- How to calculate redundancy payments
- The view of the tribunals regarding redundancy.
The session will be interactive with the opportunity for you to ask your questions.
