This course is designed for staff at charities/social enterprises, and small/medium sized businesses who already use an email marketing tool and who want to make sure they are combining it effectively with social media. You might be just starting out with Facebook and Twitter, or you may be experienced users. This is not an advanced course: it's designed to give you practical ideas that you can implement quickly within your organisation. If you are new to Mailchimp or looking for an introductory course on it, then this course should serve that purpose too. |
You probably know that
you ought to be combining email, Facebook, Twitter etc with email to get the most out of
them, but aren't sure how to. This course will help you get started and,
we hope, inspire you to take it further.
Focusing on one email marketing tool (Mailchimp.com) which we have used
for a year, Howard Lake's afternoon course will show you: Howard will also include other practical tips to help you get the most out of the tool.
