The Chief Executives, trustees, treasurers, finance directors and chairs of voluntary and not for profit organisations who want to explore the possibility of outsourcing all or part back-office processes in order to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. |
Managed successfully, outsourcing part or all of a function can help organisations reduce costs and make effective use of others knowledge and technical resources. With budgets getting ever tighter and increasing demands for efficiency; collaborative working is an option that every voluntary and not for profit organisation has to seriously consider.
This seminar looks to explain the functional aspects of outsourcing and explain in particular detail how financial processing can help . Starting with a look at the process in theory, it looks to guide organisations through the benefits and risks of outsourcing.
This seminar is then completed with an in-depth case study, presented by a charity Chief Executive who has taken their organisation through the outsourcing process. They discuss their original motivations, the ups and downs of the transition process, the outcome and the lessons learned.
