The aim of this course is:
To help you develop your skills specifically in relation to mentoring or befriending funding applications.
This course will help you to:
- Identify the most appropriate funders for your project
- Know what is required in an application and why funders ask for certain information
- Write an application in clear and precise language
- Make a coherent case for the role of mentoring or befriending
- Demonstrate how your programme fits in with funders’ priorities
- Work out realistic costings for your programme
- Demonstrate how you will monitor and evaluate your project
