In competitive tendering situations, we need to manage our marketing to demonstrate that what our organisations can offer is innovative, personalised, and cost-effective. This course explores the most effective marketing techniques to raise awareness and understanding of your organisation, whilst avoiding accusations of ‘undue influence' .
- Understand what changes are happening in Commissioning and Procurement structures and processes in the public sector
- Identify new groups of people to market your organisation and services to
- Understand appropriate 'marketing' techniques to deliver your messages
- Identify the ‘cut off' point between marketing & influencing activities and commercial tendering or grant application timelines
