Learn how to maximise your voluntary income through tax-effective fundraising mechanisms. This government funded one day workshop offers an introduction to and update on:

  • Gift Aid – Increase your voluntary donations by 28% at no extra cost to the donor. Charities are currently missing out on £742million a year in unclaimed tax.
  • Payroll Giving – Payroll donations promote a regular, reliable income stream and help build potentially lucrative corporate relationships.
  • Gifts of Shares  - Request donations of shares as an alternative to cash. The average share gift is worth over £7,000
  • Legacy fundraising – Charitable bequests generate as much as £1.8 billion each year. Find out how.

Cost

The workshop costs £20 for charities with an income of under £1million a year, £80 all other. The price includes extensive course materials, access to post-workshop support services , lunch and refreshments.
