This popular 2-day (non-residential) event is designed for anyone who is new to management, is thinking of becoming a manager, or who has been carrying out a management role without having had the benefit of any formal management preparation or training. It is at an introductory level and does not assume any prior management training or experience. The event covers what management is about, different management styles, managing change, overcoming common management problems, and skills in managing people, including supervision and delegation.
