Aimed at organisations new to the ideas and concepts of sustainable funding. You may have limited diversity of income streams (for example relying primarily on donations and grants or over-reliant on contracts) and be unaware of the full range of options and how to begin thinking about accessing them. |

For those who are new to the concepts of Sustainable Funding; this workshop introduces the themes of income diversification through gifts, grants, contracts and trading. Delivered in partnership with Telford and Wrekin CVS.
We use a mix of presentations, small group work and open discussion.
Ideally, we work with a group of 15 - 25 delegates, to ensure that the day is as interactive as possible.
Delegates are provided with tools and handouts to enable them to share the information within their organisations and to take things further in their own time.
