Overview
A well governed organisation operates more effectively and makes better business decisions. This workshop will enable you to feel more confident and knowledgeable about what good charity governance is and how to go about it. It will enable you to carry out an assessment of where your board is in relation to best practice and empower you to overcome barriers and improve matters both for your board and your beneficiaries.
