This course will help you to:
- Understand what mental health discrimination and stigma is
- Understand the areas of life that are commonly affected by discrimination and stigma
- Gain knowledge of anti-stigma and awareness campaigns, nationally and locally
- Understand methods of combating discrimination in day to day life
