The aim of this course is:
To provide you with a practical introduction to outcomes and to help you to identify and monitor client outcomes using appropriate methods for your clients.
This course will help you to:
- Explain the terminology of ‘outcomes, ‘outputs’ and ‘indicators’
- Identify specific outcomes for your clients
- Set indicators to help you monitor the progress towards those outcomes
- Choose appropriate methods of collecting the information
- Report on your outcomes
