What’s the difference between staff and volunteers? How do you write a volunteer role description without creating a legal contract?

Ensure you have the essentials to promote good volunteering at your organisation.

Nicky McCrudden from McCrudden Training will take you through the key paperwork and procedures to have in place.

This session will look at

  • what roles are suitable for volunteers

  • how you draft a volunteer role description by contrast with paid job descriptions

  • setting out expectations: what to include in volunteer agreements and policies

  • key procedures for managing volunteer conduct and performance

This will be an interactive session – with opportunity to ask your questions and apply your learning to case studies.

Places on the session are strictly limited.

To book your place email emma alford  - including details of any access or dietary requirements.
