This is a two-day course, however, two colleagues from the same organisation may share a place on the course providing that they each attend on different days.
Price includes light refreshments, lunch on both days and a full pack of course materials per delegate.
Cancellation Policy
50% of delegate fees will be refunded for course booking cancellations received by 3 February 2010. After this date, no fees are refundable for cancellation or non-attendance.
