Day 1 of the NCVO HR Masterclass will cover the business case for managing conflict, you’ll learn how to incorporate techniques such as mediation into your organisation’s policies and practices and learn from case studies.
Day 2 of the NCVO HR Masterclass will focus specifically on effective ways to manage sickness absence. You’ll examine the good practice behind promoting staff wellbeing at work and review key legislation and processes such as the fit note. You’ll find practical ways to manage short and long term absence – and understand your options in terms of law and good practice.
