The aim of this course is:
To provide an introduction to on-line mentoring and explore the practices and implementation of a quality ‘e-mentoring’ programme.
This course will help you to:
- Explain what is meant by e-mentoring and its application
- Identify the key differences between on-line and face-to-face mentoring and where it can be used successfully
- Identify a delivery model that is appropriate for your needs
- Recognise key considerations and critical success factors in creating an effective programme
- Develop an action plan to take your plans forward
