What’s it about?
This course follows on from
‘Partnerships – getting off to a good start’ giving more attention to
the actual setting up of the partnership. It will consider the different
structures a partnership might take and will look at the practical
experience of drawing up a partnership agreement. It will also offer
tools for agreeing a partnership strategy and will explore in more
detail some of the challenges that can arise, particularly those related
to smaller organisations partnering with larger ones.
