Does your organisation employ staff? Do you understand your employer duties concerning pensions?
The Pensions Advisory Service will provide a whistle-stop tour of the key pensions changes you need to know about between now and 2012. This will look at areas such as the automatic enrolment of employees in to pension schemes, compulsory employer pension contributions and the introduction of “NEST” (the National Employee Savings Trust).
This seminar will help you answer:
- What changes have happened and are happening to pensions in 2012?
- How will this affect small to medium-sized organisations?
- What do voluntary organisations need to communicate to their staff?
- What are the legal requirements for organisations as employers?
- What help is available?
The session will include the opportunity for you to ask your questions and apply your learning through case study exercises.
Feedback from our last event led by the Pensions Advisory Service:
“Excellent information on employers’ obligations re. 2012. Very good speakers.”
“I wanted to know about the forthcoming changes to be able to update the voluntary sector in my area. Very useful thank you.”
Light refreshments of teas, coffees and biscuits will be provided. If you have any access requirements (e.g. large print handouts) please let us know.
