The aim of this lively event is to provide an introduction to project management for people working in small to medium sized organisations. The event is designed to help both people who are completely new to project management and also people who are already busy managing projects and looking to acquire some tools and techniques to help them manage more effectively.
The main aim of the day is to help you plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate your projects systematically, in order to measure your success, and to maximise learning. The style of the day will be participative and fun.
