The session will help you to:
- Identify, assess and minimise risk factors in your work
- Consider how conflict and frustration escalates to aggression
- Examine techniques for managing conflict and defusing aggression
- Ensure that your organisation's risk management plan meets your needs
- Cope with incident-related stress
