This half-day event for infrastructure organisations and supporter providers is delivered by Acas.

This session will cover:

  • why measuring absence is important
  • best practice in handling short and long term sickness
  • how to manage your return to work process
  • absence management developments such as the new ‘fit note’
  • the view of Employment Tribunals with regards to handling absence.

The session will feature case study exercises and the opportunity to ask your questions.

Early booking is strongly recommended. To confirm your place, email rosellab@bvsc.org.

While the event is free to attend, preference is given to voluntary sector infrastructure organisations and numbers are limited.
