This course will help you to:
- Understand the different social media tools and how they integrate together
- Know what other organisations are doing with social media and the results they are getting
- Consider whether your organisation should be using social media and if so, what your objectives would be
NB - this is not an IT based course.
As an introduction you may be interested in attending our Make the Most of Your Website course which will run in the morning on the same date as this course.
