Strategic Planning for the Board and CEO
Posted by acevo
Strategic planning is the most effective way of ensuring you deliver your Mission and have greatest impact for beneficiaries, whilst facing up to challenging times with confidence. This workshop will help the Board consider their attitude to risk, organisational challenge and leadership: the Board with Chief Executive as catalysts for change. It will also determine organisational fitness for purpose and putting in place appropriate stewardship to assure ongoing fitness (including evaluation of the strategy and performance management).
