  • To consider the key factors relating to recruitment, selection and training of your volunteers
  • To develop appropriate matching processes
  • To formulate effective support and supervision practices
  • To build frameworks for developing effective mentoring and befriending relationships

Learning outcomes 

  • Increased understanding of effective operational practices and frameworks
  • Enhanced knowledge of activities needed to underpin smooth delivery

MBF’s own regional co-ordinators deliver this course.  All are experienced trainers and have extensive background in mentoring and befriending provision.
