This course will help you to:
- Recognise and manage the impact of your verbal style
- Consider ways of building rapport without visual clues
- Learn and practise questioning and summarising skills
- Respond to difficult callers
- Know how and when to take messages
This course will be repeated on 10 February and also on 28 June 2011.
