Whether you are a receptionist, support worker, administrator or negotiator, using the telephone to provide services or information is a skill you can’t afford to ignore.

This course will help you to:
- Recognise and manage the impact of your verbal style
- Consider ways of building rapport without visual clues
- Learn and practise questioning and summarising skills
- Respond to difficult callers
- Know how and when to take messages
Due to the popularity of this training course, we have added an extra date to our calendar.
