This course will help you to:

  • Recognise and manage the impact of your verbal style
  • Consider ways of building rapport without visual clues
  • Learn and practise questioning and summarising skills
  • Respond to difficult callers
  • Know how and when to take messages

Due to the popularity of this training course, we have added an extra date to our calendar. 

The new date will  be - 30 November.

This course will also be repeated on 10 February and also on 28 June 2011.
