How should organisations recruit and support staff with a disability or health-related condition?
In light of the Equality Act 2010, employers need to carefully review their policies and procedures to fully accommodate disabled employees and prospective recruits.
This seminar will give information on the implications of the Equality Act in:
- Health-related discrimination
- Pre-employment screening and health-related checks
- Managing health and disability in the workplace.
We will provide information that will outline the changes to legislation prompted by the Equality Act 2010 and we’ll be able to discuss the way forward for your organisation and those you advise.
Light refreshments of teas, coffees and biscuits will be provided. If you have any access requirements (eg large print handouts) please let us know.
