This is an essential course for all senior managers who wish to increase or refresh their knowledge of good governance and would like to better understand the role of the Board.
Good governance is important for all organisations at all stages of development. The current economic situation and the increasing levels of competition for funding and resources bring this into sharp focus.
The Road to Good Governance is FREE to attend and takes just two days of your valuable time (we wouldn’t advise it but you can just attend the first day if you prefer).
Those who complete the course will become eligible for up to 6 hours of additional one-to-one training with our specialist advisors.
