This is a Saturday morning course. The management committee of an organisation is ultimately responsible for running the organisation. It is important that members of the committee are aware of their roles and responsibilities, both practical and legal.

- Understand the responsibilities of committee members
- Understand the responsibilities of the key officers on a committee (the chair, secretary and treasurer) in particular
