Therapeutic Collage

Aimed at service users, volunteers and paid workers, this experiential workshop will provide learners with an opportunity to explore using collage to express and communicate difficult experiences and feelings. Participants will make their own collages using images and words from newspapers and magazines.

This course will help you to:
- Enhance your own self-awareness and insight.
- Empower mental health service users through the use of this technique.
- Offer service users a medium through which to convey thoughts and feelings.
The cost of this session is £30 per person, please ignore the price bands below. Free places are available to mental health service users and carers. If you require a free place, please note this on your booking form.
