The course will look at the reasons for, and principles behind, full cost recovery and cost centre budgeting, with fully worked examples.

Who Suitable for people who are responsible for setting budgets or who manage or price projects or services.

The course dates are 25 March and 1 April. Both sessions must be attended.

The course will look at the reasons for, and principles behind, full cost recovery and cost centre budgeting, with fully worked examples.

The sessions will help you to

  • Apportion costs
  • Understand the principles of full cost recovery
  • Work out full cost recovery rates for each of your services

This course requires a knowledge of Microsoft Excel. If you are new to Excel, please book onto the course Introduction to Microsoft Excel Book-keeping.

The course will be repeated on 17 and 24 June 2010.
