ACEVO's first Womens Forum. The day will consider the reasons for the gender pay gap in the sector, and also debate issues women CEOs are facing in these difficult times.

ACEVO established its Women CEOs ‘Special Interest Group’ in response to a growing concern for the increasing gender pay gap between the salaries of CEOs in the sector. Since its inception the group has grown from strength to strength, meeting regularly to discuss the range of issues facing women CEOs, offering support and a peer network.
With this in mind we will hold our first Women CEOs Forum. The day will update delegates on the Government’s agenda for equality, offer tools to better understand recruiting a diverse board and look to the obstacles ahead for women CEOs, featuring contributions from experts at the heart of these issues from across all sectors to share their thoughts at this crucial time.
