Subject: Unltd level1 - any sustainability folk willing to endorse me?

Hello everyone, 

I am hoping to submit an application for a Millennium Award but need some people able to say the project is worthwhile etc. The project is about revitalisiing Agenda21 especially chapter 28 and participation in local economy and planning issues and why this is so crucial. The momentum behind LA21 has been somewhat overtaken by Climate Change issues at the local level. The proposed work is initially a survey in London accross all boroughs but not limited to local authority activity. It will also do the same else where and then seek to empower local civic groups.

My local Green Party rep in Streatham has endorsed the project and my application will include a quote from him to say the work meets a need and is worthwhile.
