Interesting article by Professional Fundraising profiling people who give to charity (The changing face of Dorothy Donor).

They say that the traditional  'Dorothy Donor' will soon be gone. She will be replaced by 'Debbie Donor' who researches and donates online, expects regular personal correspondence and will support particular causes over others.

How accurate is this view? What are you doing to nurture your Debbies? Do you profile your own donors?
