Processes and procedures to make sure your fundraising activities and legal and conform to good practice

If you are fundraising in the UK you should check that you are meeting your legal obligations. There are laws and codes of practice covering public events, collections, lotteries, data protection, insurance and risk assessment.

Check that your understanding of the rules covering your activities are up-to-date. Visit the Institute of Fundraising website.
