Dear friend of KnowHow,

Here's a quick update on the latest additions to our StudyZone – the voluntary sector’s first democratic e-learning platform. If you haven’t checked in over the last few weeks, you’ll have missed the three great new courses we've produced.

Strategy made easy: simple steps to producing your strategic plan

This course is proving to be one of our bestsellers already! Cass Business School's non profit strategy consultant, Caroline Copeman, takes you through the strategic planning process. Find out how you can maximise your organisation’s impact by turning plans into actions and integrating your strategy into your day-to-day work.

Preview the 'Strategy made easy' course.

Strategic social media

Make the most of your campaign or brand by using the right social media tools in a strategic, results-oriented way. Social media consultant Sylwia Presley from leading digital agency Voice explains how to be strategic about your social media presence whether you’ve just started your social media journey or you’re already well on your way.

Outsourcing

If you’re struggling to make cost savings while trying to maintain the same level of services, outsourcing can be a very effective way of managing your organisation's operating costs. Outsourcing expert and Chief Executive of Charity Business Mark Freeman shares his dos and don'ts of handing a process over to a third party and successfully managing the outsourcing relationship.

Preview the 'Outsourcing for charities' course.

How does StudyZone work?

StudyZone is like no other training platform. Find out what makes it so special, watch our fun little video, packed with tips on how to make the most of your StudyZone experience. Delivered with Shakespearean gravitas by RADA-trained KnowHow man Tom, the video also features gratuitous images of bananas and pyjamas.

StudyZone is about giving you the training you need. So tell us what course you want to see on our platform and we’ll take your top suggestions, source trainers and turn your ideas into short, web training videos.
